Where is Kuala Tahan?

Kuala Tahan is located in Jerantut. It takes between three to four hours from Kuantan. Kuala Tahan is where the Taman Negara Headquaters is located. Kuala Tahan is the main village and entry point to Taman Negara via road and river.

How to get there?

You can get there by land transfer services via road or by land river (from Kuala Tembeling Jetty to Kuala Tahan). If you go by boat, it will take about three hours to reach Kuala Tahan. A long sampans (boat) equipped with motors take people to Taman Negara, Kuala Tahan. Boat fares are RM 55.00 per one way. Kuala Tembeling Jetty is located 10 km away from Jerantut town. You can enjoy breathtaking scenery while on the boat to get to there.

Every visitor must get an entry permit for RM 1.00 each. The fishing license price is RM 10.00 per fishing rod and camera license is RM 5.00 per camera unit.

INTRODUCTION

What I learn from this video is Interpretation Foundation have four subtopics such as define and objective, career, principle and roles about visitor interpretation and interpreter. 

From what i watch in the video, the basic concept interpretation is a communication process that forges emotional intellectual connections between the interests of the audience and the meanings inherent to the resource. 

The main key are: 

1. Communication, 

2. Emotional and intellectual,

3. Recourse. 

Next, from what I saw in the video is Interpreter have four subjects. The first subject is someone who understand the history of the area. The second subject is who lives in the park day in and day out. The third subject is who knows land. The fourth subject is 356 days a year.
